FORST live: Strong Exhibitor Turnout and Congress Premiere in Offenburg

FORST live, the leading demo show for forestry technology, renewable energies and hunting, will once again welcome visitors to the Offenburg Exhibition Centre from 27 to 29 March 2026. A highly positive trend is already emerging: more than 250 companies from Germany and abroad have confirmed their participation – more than ever before at this point in time.
This means FORST live continues its growth trajectory. Following the successful 2025 edition with over 360 exhibitors from 19 countries and more than 57,000 square metres of exhibition space, visitors can once again look forward to the latest machinery, trends and innovations in forestry and forest technology, wood and renewable energy, as well as hunting, in 2026.
Exhibitor List Now Online
The current list of exhibitors (forst-live.de/ausstellerverzeichnis, as of November 2025) is now available on the FORST live website. It provides a comprehensive overview of the participating companies and organisations – ranging from forestry technology and woodland management to bioenergy, hunting equipment and nature observation.
Supporting Programme: Premiere of the FORST live Congress
A highlight of the coming year is the first scientific congress of the trade fair, taking place on Friday, 27 March 2026, from 9:30 to 15:00 in the Oberrheinhalle. Under the theme “The Future of Forestry – Where Knowledge Meets Practice”, the congress will address topics shaping today’s and tomorrow’s forest management, including:
- Soil monitoring and forest regeneration
- Digitalisation and AI in forestry practice
- Sustainable management and climate adaptation
Visitors can look forward to inspiring keynote speeches from experts and practical discussions. Participation in the congress is already included in the trade fair ticket. The full programme is available on the website (forst-live.de/forst-live-congress).
Climate-Positive Forest Management as a Key Topic
Under the motto “Climate-Positive Forest Management – Together for a Sustainable Future”, the “Wald.Dialog.Zukunft” working group is inviting guests for the second time to a dedicated specialist exhibition in the EDEKA Arena. The initiative, organised in cooperation with the Forstkammer and the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative Association, aims to raise awareness of the sustainable use of forests and to demonstrate how forestry actively contributes to climate protection.
Three Days of Technology, Expertise and Live Experiences
In addition to its technical content, FORST live will once again offer numerous machinery demonstrations on the outdoor exhibition grounds, live showcases and a varied supporting programme for professionals and interested visitors. The hunting community of the Ortenau region will also be present again with exciting activities related to hunting, nature conservation and traditional craftsmanship.
