The following terms and conditions apply to contracts for the sale of admission tickets (hereinafter referred to as Tickets) via the Internet between Messe Offenburg-Ortenau GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Messe Offenburg) and the purchaser of Tickets (hereinafter referred to as Customer). II. Conclusion of Contract
By sending his order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract shall be concluded when Messe Offenburg-Ortenau GmbH initiates the booking or debiting of the amount. The customer waives receipt of the acceptance.
